Mrs. Sara Young Stegins, age 80 of Conyers, passed away November 30, 2010 at the home of her daughter.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Sid Frazier; mother and father, John and Nettie (Mama Jack) Young; brothers, Jake, Louis, Grady, Plug and Charles Young; sisters, Mozelle Robinson and Joe Chandler.  She is survived by her daughter, Denise Stanfield and husband, Larry; son, Tommy Letson; their father, Aldean Letson; son, Eric Frazier; grandchildren, Travis and Joey Letson, Jodi Green, Kasie Letson, Heather Mauldin and her husband, Jim, Jonathan Boswell, Preston Frazier; great-grandchildren, Ava, Aubrey, Dustin, Taylor, Jackson, Zoe, Emma, Trey; sisters, Helen and Lawrence Rooks, Norma and Wayne Hammonds; brother, Bud Young; sister-in-law, Mary Nelle Young; many special nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Milstead Baptist Church.  She was a devoted daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  Sara had a gift of gab and enjoyed phone calls from friends and relatives.  She enjoyed working with Meals on Wheels and visiting with shut-ins.  She passed away surrounded by her loving family after receiving her wings being held by her sister, Norma.  Special thanks to Charlotte Hickman RN and Diane Hal for their tender and loving care.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel with Rev.
