Rockdale County remains under a flood warning issued by the National Weather Service at Peachtree City at 9:17 a.m. until Tuesday evening.

The flood warning affects the Yellow River near East Lithonia affecting DeKalb and Rockdale Counties, and the Yellow River near Conyers below Milstead affecting Newton and Rockdale Counties.

At 8 a.m., the Yellow River near Conyers below Milstead was reportedly 12.7 feet and rising, with minor flooding forecast.
