Transportation tax, spanking among issues brought to town hall (Jan. 8, 2011)

The Rockdale County legislative delegation will hold a town hall meeting Saturday, March 12, 10:30 a.m. at the Nancy Guinn Memorial Library.

The meeting will update issues being addressed during the current legislative session at the state capitol and also be a chance for residents to voice their questions or concerns.

The legislators slated to be at the Town Hall include: State Sen. Ronald Ramsey (D-Decatur), State Sen. Rick Jeffares (R-Locust Grove), State House District 95 Rep. Pam Dickerson (D-Conyers), State House District 94 Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), State House District 93 Rep. Dee Dawkins-Haigler (D-Lithonia), State House District 92 Rep. Pam Stephenson (D-Decatur).

The public and Rockdale residents are strongly encouraged to attend.
