About 50 residents turned out Saturday, Feb. 18, for the first meeting of the nonpartisan Rockdale County Think Tank at Johnson Park. Topics discussed include the county's ethics ordinance, access to county commissioners, lack of feedback at Commission meetings, and division in the county. 

Candidates and officials in attendance included commission chairman candidates Republican Ed Conway, Republican Jason Hill, Democrat Brian Jenkins, and Post I Commission candidate Republican Tom Harrison, as well as the president of the DeKalb County NAACP and Ruby Davis of Unhappy Taxpayers.
