Rockdale County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested a Conyers man for drug dealing after a month-long investigtation and search warrant, which netted about 300 prescription pills, guns, cash and marijuana.
Klyne Nick Kevin Thomas, 24, of Conyers, was arrested Tuesday at 2404 Harvest Grove Lane. He was charged with eight counts of posession and intent to distribute drugs such as Xanax, Ecstasy, Oxycodone, Soma, and marijuana and a count of posession of firearms during the commission of a crime.
RCSO Narcotics and Vice Unit officers, some undercover, conducted a month-long investigation after receiving complaints from neighbors in the Harvest Grove apartment complex.
While serving a search warrant of Thomas's home at 2404 Harvest Grove Lane, deputies found about 300 prescription pills, three handguns, $1400 in cash, and less than an ounce of marijuana. The total street value of the pills was difficult to estimate because of the variety, according to unit supervisor Sgt. Julie Cooley.
Thomas did not resist arrest and was booked into the Rockdale County jail.
