There's nothing like seeing the chaotic energy of teens woven together into a highly choreographed, creative theatrical production.

That magic happens in Rockdale County High School's "Shrek, the Musical," running April 3-6

You'll find your favorite fairy tale characters and creatures running amok in this faithful staging of the Dreamworks movie. Donkey, Fiona, Lord Farquaad, the Gingerbread Man - the whole shebang.

The school is even performing two special shows just for kids on Thursday and Friday at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., at $1 a person.

The regular shows are 7 p.m. April 3-6, with matinee shows at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6. Tickets for those shows are $10 for adults and $5 for students/kids.

Rockdale County High School is located at 1174 Bulldog Circle, off Pine Log Road.
