Rockdale Career Academy Public Safety students got a chance to see firefighting in action Thursday as they visited the live burn training site held this week at the Georgia International Horse Park.

Rockdale County Fire and Rescue crews walked students through the equipment, gear, fire engines and apparatuses that were being used as crews trained in a house being burned down that had been the offices of the GIHP staff.
