Dear Editor: Julie (Mills, former Rockdale County public affairs director) has served this community long and well.
So when and where is her farewell event?
Her exemplary service under four Chairmen of the Commission certainly warrant the opportunity for the public to say its farewell.
To not do so would be a major PR faux pas.
We have lost a great resource.
