You can brag to all of your friends about seeing fireworks that were voted the best by the AJC, USA Today and Reader’s Digest, if you brave the crowds and head out to Stone Mountain Park for their annual Fantastic Fourth Celebration. My suggestion would be to spend the day there and enjoy all the stuff they have to offer, and then drag your tired self to the lawn for the laser show, which will have a special patriotic flare for the occasion, and then finish things with a spectacular fireworks finale. If it rains on the Fourth, don’t fret – this celebration will go on for three days. Say thank you to Stone Mountain, kids!
