Pre-tour briefing on June 15 for Chamber's China trip

The Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce is hosting a 9-day trip to China for its members and guests this October. The cost of the trip is $2,099 per person and includes an array of activities. The itinerary includes everything from visiting the Great Wall of China, the Forbidden City, famous Buddhist temples, tea houses.

The trip will be a cost-effective opportunity for the Conyers and Rockdale business community to become familiar with some of the leading cities in China and to experience their centuries old customs and history, all while witnessing first-hand their rapidly changing economy and their expanding role in the global marketplace. Members will visit cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou.

The trip also includes an entry ticket to the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai which opens May 1 and runs through Oct. 31, with an expected total of 70 million visitors.
