Police seek public's help ID'ing robbery suspect
Wells-Fargo-ATM-Armed-Robbery-1

Conyers police are asking for the public's help finding a man who robbed a couple at a drive-through ATM Sunday night.

Around 6:36 p.m. Feb. 24, a couple drove up to the Wells Fargo drive through ATM at 1280 Dogwood Drive, near Home Depot and IHOP. They were approached by a black male wearing a mask covering his face who was armed with a handgun.

The suspect pistol-whipped the male victim and took the female victim’s purse and its contents.

The male suspect then left in a dark blue Toyota minivan or crossover-style vehicle which was driven by another suspect. That suspect was described as a young black male, possibly in his late teens.  The suspect vehicle had a Georgia handicap tag on it.

The victim did not require medical attention.
