Kudos the organizers and donors at the second annual Special Olympics Wine Tasting fundraiser last Saturday. It was a smash success that went above and beyond what organizers had hoped. Special Olympics was able to raise three times what they collected last year.

More than 100 people came to the evening event, which paired wines, supplied by the Sigman Bottle Shop, with mouth-watering bites of dishes from around the world, prepared by caterer Sinful Dish. The result was a wonderful evening with high spirits for a worthy cause.

It warmed our hearts to see the community come out in droves to support the athletes that give their all in the events that make up the Special Olympics.
