The victim of Monday afternoon’s fatality wreck has been identified as 39-year-old Terrance Michael Collins of Oxford. He was killed after being thrown from his motorcycle during the accident.

According to Georgia State Patrol Spokesman Gordy Wright, troopers received a call around 4:40 p.m. of a two-vehicle crash on Stone Road.

During their investigation they learned that a 2005 Dodge pickup truck being driven by 68-year-old Donald P. Kahle of Oxford was heading west on Stone Road and attempted to make a left turn into the recycling center when he was hit in the rear quarter-panel by Collins’ Harley Davidson, which was heading east at the time.

Kahle was uninjured, but Collins was thrown from his motorcycle, according to Wright. The investigation continues and charged are pending the completion of that investigation.
