Lovely lady: Anna Barnes represented Heritage High School in the Miss Georgia High School Pageant held in November at Wedleyan College in Macon Girls from throughout Georgia represented their high schools during the pageant. They competed in interview, fun wear and evening gown. Anna was crowned Miss Georgia High School and received a $1,000 scholarship and many other prizes. She will compete in Branson, Missouri in March at The Dick Clark American Bandstand Theatre for the national title of Miss High School America Pageant and a $10,000 scholarship. Anna also was recognized for collecting over 1,000 beauty products for women and girls who are in shelters. Anna is a freshman at Heritage High School.
