Mrs. Margaret "Peggy" Venable, age 70 of Covington, died Monday, July 11, 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Tracie McCann, Yulee, FL, Julie Stegall, Covington, Mona Manus, Oxford; son, Jeff Venable, Yulee, FL; brother, James McCloskey, Lexington, VA; grandchildren, Joey Morris, Justin Stegall, Reid Stegall, Karlie Stegall, Kristen Paige Miller, Rachel Miller, Cameron Venable, Blake Venable; several great-grandchildren. Ms. Venable volunteered at Rockdale Community Clothes Closet for over 20 years. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 3 p.m. at Way of the Cross Baptist Church, 646 Sigman Road NW, Conyers with Pastor Billy Coleman officiating; interment will follow at the church cemetery.
