Mrs. Linda Pye, age 71 of Conyers, died Saturday, August 20, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Pye. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Elizabeth Pye, Conyers; daughters, Angelia L. Banks, Atlanta, Michelle Pye, Conyers; grandchildren, Randy Smith, Amanda Pye; great-granddaughter, Lexie Smith; brothers and sister-in-law, Charles Capes, Jasper Co., Jerry and Penny Capes, Conyers; sister, Willie Dean Payne, Mansfield; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 22, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel; interment will follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens, Lithonia.
