Mrs. Lillian Forrest, age 97 of Loganville, died Friday, November 11, 2011. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Ken Stokes, Loganville; sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Nancy Johnson, Orlando, FL., Douglas Johnson, Alto, TX; brothers, Marion, George, Joe, and Larry Whitten; grandchildren, Shari & Greg Henderson, Rick & Mendy Collier, Kenny & Tracy Stokes, Kelly & Art Ayris, Holly Spivey, Doug Jr., Everett, Karen Ann, Heather, David, Kathryn, Jason, & Aaron Johnson. Also surviving are many great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Mrs. Forrest was born in Oklahoma, also lived many years in Idaho, and moved to Duluth, Ga. in 1979, then to Conyers area in 2002.. Mrs. Forrest was an active member of Bethel Christian Church of Conyers. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Ken Stokes officiating; interment will follow at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday, November 14, 2011 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
