Thank you for writing Santa. Mrs. Claus has ridden in the sleigh but on Christmas Eve she is in charge of everything back at the North Pole so she would not be with me then. We have always been so busy that she always has things she has forgotten to do. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas too.

Dear Jenna,
Santa has to be very careful when boys and girls ask for kittens or puppies. The sleigh gets very cold and that makes it dangerous for them. What Santa does is to ask mom’s and dad’s to be in charge of those gift requests. If they approve it then it’s OK but you have to promise them that if you get a pet for Christmas that you will help take care of it everyday.
