Dear Editor: Because of the kind folks at Gen. Ray Davis Middle School, we were able to feed many at the downtown shelter at Peachtree-Pine, Atlanta the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day last year. Not only were they administrators and teachers, they were caring folks. A special thanks to Mrs. Kathy King for helping to put together the 19 people who took water, soda and desserts for the occasion. 

They were: Mr. and Mrs. King; Mr. and Mrs. Freeman and son Grady Mrs. Byars and son William; Ms. Larkins and mother Mrs. Fannel White; Mrs. Favor and sons Kamari and Rasheed; Mrs. Gala and daughters Avani and Tanvi; Mrs. Dorsey; Mrs. Layne;  Ms. Logsdon and our principal Mr. Mauriello and his daughter Reece.
