Leadership Rockdale celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2013 in a ceremony held Tuesday, June 18, at Cameron Hall on Green Street. The keynote speaker was Secretary of State Brian Kemp. Other speakers included Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce Chair Thua Barlay and Leadership Rockdale coordinator Tim Baker.

Leadership Rockdale is currently looking for nominees for the Class of 2014. The six-month program, operated by the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, takes members one day a month through the infrastructure and resources in Rockdale, such as the school system, industrial plants, and court system, as well as leadership building exercises and retreat.
