You know when you want to go out and do something, but you just don’t have the energy or desire to drive forever away? I know everyone has to feel that way sometimes – I certainly do. On those nights that you’re too antsy to stay home and too lazy to drive into Atlanta, take a short drive down I-20 and check out the Whistle Post in Conyers. They have tasty food and drink specials, of course. But they also have bands on Friday and DJs Saturday, so you can chill and have a bite, while watching folks dance, and listening to some great music as well. You get to scratch that going out itch without needing to put on heels and make reservations. That sounds like my kind of weekend. In fact, it might sound like my kind of weekend this weekend.
