Rainy skies couldn't dampen the spirits of revelers at Conyers' 25th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, named the "World's Fastest Growing St. Patrick's Day Parade." Grand Marshal Mayor Randy Mills and Honorary Grand Marshals and former city councilmen Bill Rogers, Bill Spivey and former mayor Charles Walker led a two-block procession that included a bagpiper, fire engine, colors carried by the American Legion Post 77 color guard, political candidates and spectators.
