Once upon a time: The cast and crew of Davis Middle School have been hard at work preparing for the upcoming musical, "Into the Woods." Pictured here is the cast and some of the scenes under way.
"Into the Woods" is an award-winning musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine. A bewitching cast of classic Brothers Grimm fairy-tale characters romp through a "happily ever after" kingdom, including Cinderella and her step-sisters, Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf, Prince Charming, Jack, who climbed the beanstalk, and Rapunzel to name but a few.
Showtimes are Thursday, May 21, at 7 p.m., Friday, May 22, at 7 p.m., Saturday, May 23, at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 23, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 a seat for advanced peferred seating and $8 a seat for advanced general seating.
