About 55 second and third grade students and their parents at Peachtree Academy recently went to see the Etowah Indian Mounds and Tellus Science Museum in Clarksville. Students in Mrs. Surrett's second grade class enjoyed comparing what they had learned about Cherokee and Creek Indian homes of the past to the very real example they were able to experience firsthand.
