On Sunday, May 2, the Women’s Service Association will host "A Garden Party" at the Pavilion in Olde Town.
The event, a community fundraiser for local non-profits to benefit families and children, was held for many years at the Elliott-Langford house and was recently moved to the Pavilion for additional space. Activities for young children include a puppet show, face painting, a potting shed where children can plant flowers and a stage area where they can participate in karaoke entertainment.
Tickets are $12 per child at the gate and $10 per child in advance; tickest are available at Southern Komfort Boutique in Olde Town or Peachtree Academy. For sponsorship information, contact Committee Chair Ann Senne at (678) 793-2131.
