IN BREIF: The National Weather Service, based in Peachtree City, Atlanta, has issued a freeze warning for portions of North and Central Georgia.
During the freeze warning, temperatures are expected to drop into the mid-20s and could fall as low as freezing. Outdoor plants and pipes are potentially at risk due to exposure to the weather.
The freeze warning will be in effect from 10 p.m. tonight until 10 a.m. Friday morning, Nov. 14.
According to the National Weather Service, the temperature tonight in the City of Conyers is expected to be around 28 degrees, with wind speeds between 10 to 15 miles-per-hour and gusts as high as 20 mph.
