The Partnership for Community Action will be distributing free food from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) commodities to low income residents in DeKalb, Rockdale, Newton and Gwinnett Counties.
Participants must bring picture identification and qualify as low income.
