The National Weather Service in Peachtree City issued a flood warning at 11:05 a.m. for the Yellow River near east Lithonia, affecting Rockdale and DeKalb counties, with minor flooding forecast.

"The river should crest near 15 feet by this evening, then fall thereafter," reads the warning, which stands until further notice.
