The FBI needs your help in identifying and locating bandits who robbed the Bank of America branch at 2850 Candler Road in Decatur on Wednesday. According to a press release from Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Lamkin, the two bandits wielding black, semi-automatic handguns entered the bank at 3:11 p.m. One of the robbers put a gun to the head of a customer and demanded money from the teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the robbers fled in a maroon 2002 GMC Envoy driven by a third subject. The vehicle had been reported stolen overnight in Atlanta and was found abandoned near the bank. The first robber is described as being a black male, approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall, medium build, unknown age, wearing a black ski mask, white long sleeve t-shirt, dark pants, dark shoes, and wearing latex gloves. The second robber is described as being a black male, approximately 5-foot-9-inches to 5-foot-10-inches tall, medium build, unknown age, wearing a white ski mask, grey hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, dark shoes, and wearing latex gloves. A third man, the driver, is also sought. There is no description of this person at this time.
