As of Monday, Sept. 28, the Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians at Rockdale are practicing in a new location. Stephen Prater, M.D., Syed Shirazi, M.D., and Jeff Smith, M.D., will now see patients at their new at 1301 Sigman Road, Suite 200, Conyers.
"We are excited to welcome our Rockdale patients to our new location," said Charles L. Brown III, M.D., chief medical officer of Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians. "Doctors Prater, Shirazi and Smith will continue to bring their extensive medical knowledge and provide outstanding care to the Rockdale community."
