CONYERS - The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office arrested a Conyers man who allegedly downloaded multiple videos that contained child pornography.

Frank Tamasi, 43, was arrested June 30 after a seven month investigation that began after the RCSO received a tip from a source about improper activity occurring at Tamasi's residence.

After Tamasi was arrested, RCSO seized his computer and found 12 videos featuring a mixture of boys and girls performing sexual acts. He is being charged with 12 counts of sexual exploration of children, one count for each video he allegedly downloaded.

The exact ages of all the children involved isn't known yet, but RCSO Cpl. Michael Camp says they were all "young" children.

The RCSO was working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on this case. The organizations database shows that seven on the children seen in the videos have been involved in previous exploitation cases.

The videos are all believed to have been downloaded and not recorded by Tamasi.

Tamasi is currently in Rockdale County Jail with a $120,000 bond, $10,000 per charge.
