IN BRIEF: A head-on collision on Ga. Highway 212 near Orchard Road sent two drivers to the hospital today. A Ford Taurus and GMC truck crashed head on around 10 a.m. Tuesday. Rockdale firefighters had to extricate the adult drivers of each vehicle, who were then transported by ambulance by National EMS to Grady Memorial Hospital, according to RCFD spokesperson Sharon Webb. No other passengers were in the vehicles.
