Three of the four suspects charged with killing an Auburn, Ga. electrician and burning his body in Rockdale have been released on bond from DeKalb County. Kelton Perez Franklin, 36, of Snellville, Deodrick Ricardo Rivers, 31, of Ellenwood, Antonio Lindsey, 39, of Lithonia, were released on a $100,000 bond after a hearing in DeKalb County Superior Court on June 29. They also faced a $50,000 bond for charges of arson from Rockdale County, according to Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office investigator Lt. Matt Wolfe. Tora Jefferson Reed, 34, of Lithonia, is still in custody at the Rockdale County jail. Investigators believe the victim, Martin Villa-Gomez, 36, of Auburn, Ga. was killed in a house owned by suspect Antonio Lindsey near Lost Dutchman Drive in Lithonia on February 4. The victim was shot twice in the head. Firefighters found the burned out Ford FISO truck and body of Villa-Gomez, the father of two young children, on February 5 on Abbots Road near Turner Road. The case is listed as still under investigation, according to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s office. No indictment hearing has been scheduled.
