Charlotte Grace Sinor was born Nov. 20, 2013 at Rockdale Medical Center to mother Katie Sinor and father Neil Larson, both of Oxford. The baby girl was born weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 19.6 inches long. Her maternal grandparents are David and Jean Sinor of Wilson, N.C. Her paternal grandparents are Larry and Sharon Larson, Baudette, Minn.
