The city's new alcohol ordinance has been revised to allow area restaurants to serve pitchers again.

Conyers city council members were aware that the updated ordinance, which was adopted in December, would require adjustments as issues arose. On Tuesday, one of those adjustments included increasing the single serving size from 24 ounces to 32 ounces for one person and allowing a pitcher size of 64 ounces to be served to a minimum of two people, allowances which existed under the previous ordinance.
