Banquet for Life at Trinity Baptist

Trinity Baptist Church will hold a Banquet for Life — Relay for Life, that is — on Sunday, April 10, 6 p.m. featuring Mark Eskew as Elvis.

The church is raising funds in partnership with Pippins BBQ to fight cancer and give people a good time. Along with the hearty meal of mouth-watering barbecue and good fellowship, attendees will rock and roll as Mark Eskew will perform his Reflections of Elvis review.

Tickets are $20. All the proceeds go to Relay for Life. The performance will be held at the church at 301 Honey Creek Road.

The Rockdale Relay for Life will be held Friday and Saturday, April 29 and 30, at the Georgia International Horse Park. There are 48 teams signed up so far and the overall goal for the relay is $160,000.
