Going up! Builders installed the steps inside the Phoenix Pass lighthouse, which will be a community center and reading room at the Phoenix Pass complex. The Phoenix Pass project will eventually include two apartment buildings with a total of 15 units for transitional housing for women and families. Also being built are a security office, along with a community center.
