AETNA presented a $50,000 check to the Rockdale Coalition for Children and Families at the April 13 meeting of the Rockdale HEALTH Safetynet. The donation will be used to evaluate the Rockdale HEALTH Safetynet programs and measure key initiative components, and both patient experience and satisfaction using a survey tool based on the National Quality Forum for Care Coordination. Participating patients and families will complete the survey at intake and again at the end of the evaluation period to assess changes in experience and satisfaction over time.
