Here is a breakdown of the 14 congressional races on the ballot for the upcoming July 31 primary in Georgia. Financial information provided for contested races as of March 31, the latest period available on the website of the Federal Election Commission.

Congressional District 1

U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Savannah, is running unopposed in the primary. Two Democrats are facing off in their party's primary. They are Lesli Rae Messinger, 56, a small business owner from Savannah, and Nathan C. Russo, 68, a retiree from St. Simons Island. Financial information for Messinger and Russo was not available on the FEC website.

Congressional District 2

U.S. Rep. Sanford Bishop, D-Columbus, is running unopposed in the primary. Three Republicans are facing off in their party's primary. They are Rick Allen, 61, a president of a medical supply company from Columbus, who had $5,191 in the bank on March 31; Ken DeLoach, 53, a teacher and minister from Macon; and John House, 58, a consultant and part-time university instructor from Midland, who had $11,716 in the bank on March 31. The other is Kent Kingsley, 60, a real estate broker from Milner, who had $7,818 in the bank on March 31. Westmoreland had $642,810 in the bank on March 31. No Democrat is on the ballot.

U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson, Jr., D-Decatur, has drawn two challengers in the primary. They are Lincoln Nunnally, 32, a consultant from Porterdale; and Courtney L. Dillard, Sr., 49, a real estate developer and minister from Conyers. Financial information for Nunnally and Dillard was not available on the FEC website. Johnson had $37,279 in the bank on March 31. Two Republicans are facing off in their party's primary. They are Greg Pallen, 43, a businessman from Oxford, and J. Chris Vaughn, 46, a minister from Conyers. Fitzpatrick, 52, an educator from Cleveland; and Martha Zoller, 52, a political analyst from Gainesville, who had $34,559 in the bank on March 31.
