The Rockdale Early Learning Advisory Council planted 1800 pinwheels in support for the Month of the Young Child at the Nancy Guinn Library on Tuesday.

The planting started at 11 a.m. as about a dozen volunteers helped bring awareness to Child Abuse Prevention Month in Rockdale County.
