On Saturday, Sept. 26, Jersey Community Church will sponsor two fundraisers to help the family of JCC youth pastor Wade Jones, who recently suffered a stroke.

From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., the JCC Youth will be selling Krispy Kreme donuts in Social Circle at the intersection of Hightower Trail and Ga. Highway 11.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the JCC Youth will hold a Wade Jones Benefit Carwash at Pinnacle Bank at the corner of Ga. Highway 11 and Hightower Trail in Social Circle.

All the proceeds from both fundraisers will benefit the family of Wade Jones, who is expected to require weeks of physical therapy before he can return to work.

Jersey Community Church, in the heart of downtown Jersey, offers services every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. The services, led by Pastor Terry Little, are held in a casual, friendly setting with modern, contemporary worship music.
