Shiloh United Methodist Church will hold a "Celebrate Jesus’’ worship event from 4–8 p.m., Oct. 12 at the Almon Ball Field, 10 Almon Church Road.

Gospel groups performing will include The Dennys, The Remedy and The Johnsons. Soloists will be Dodie Cason, Heather Miller and Laramy Wells.

In addition, there will be a children’s musical program presented by Ty Rumble and Kidz, along with children’s games, free hot dogs and soft drinks, and free parking.

There will be drawings for six $100 gift cards (winners must be present at event.)

Those attending are asked to bring lawn chairs or a blanket.
