Another great holiday tradition, the Covington Christmas parade, begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4.

The Covington Lions and Main Street Covington are once again working together to present the parade, which is themed "The Magic of the Christmas Season."

The grand marshall this year will be Newton County’s Teacher of the Year."
