In a story that appeared in last Wednesday's edition, Ashley and Peter Swan shared their ideas for turning the Washington Street Corridor into an artist haven and future  visitor center.The Swans who came to the area a year ago to direct a ballet company, have a vision that could produce a market for future tourisms and community folks as well.
