Michael Biddy had the biggest smile on his face while placing an ad in The News proposing to his love, Brittany Carter.

We are pleased to say that Brittany saw that ad and accepted Michael's proposal.

We don't know Michael, but any person who has the courage and the love for a girlfriend to ask her to marry him in front of 15,600 Covington News readers is OK in our book.
Our wish for the young couple when they do marry is for The News to run a picture and a story of their great love and accomplishments over 50 years of marriage just like our paper did for Sam and Louly Hay last week.
