Ms. Ossie Mae Perryman is an Oxford native, and she celebrated her 100th birthday recently. The story graced the front page of the paper on Wednesday, and you can find it on covnews.com if you'd like to read more about her life.

Be sure to check out the picture as well - she doesn't look 100 to us. We'd have guessed 60.

Ms. Ossie says her favorite food and drink is bacon and coffee giving much hope of longevity to members of our editorial board who live on bacon and caffeine.
