Susan Wilson, age 54, of Conyers passed away January 13, 2014.  She was born to the late George Richard and Wanda Rappaport Wilson in Memphis Tennessee on October 10, 1959.  The Wilson family moved to Avondale Estates in 1962 and lived there until moving to Conyers when Susan was 16.  She was a 1977 graduate of Rockdale High School.  Susan was a cosmetologist and formerly owned and operated Hair Motif in Conyers.  She loved to crochet and travel with friends.

Susan is survived by her siblings and their spouses; George Richard “Dick” and Cornelia Wilson of Grayson, Leslie Ann Wakefield of Conyers, Robert Scott “Bob” and Tscharner Wilson of Conyers and Michael and Trista Wilson of Covington along with 7 nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Memorial services for Susan will be held at 1 o’clock Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Rockdale Baptist Church with Reverend Dwayne Jones officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church following the service.  In lieu of flowers please make donations St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital P.O.
