Stephen Richard Smith, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016.

Stephen was a proud veteran of the U.S. Airforce, a loving husband and father and a faithful servant of the Lord, Jesus Christ.

Stephen was born in Durham, North Carolina in 1949. He was a 1967 graduate of Lumpkin County High School.

Stephen is preceded in death by his mother Elaine Smith and father Frank Smith, along with his father-in-law J.A. Martin. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 45 years, Mary Olivia Martin Smith; his son Josh (Lisa) Smith and daughter Amelia (Bryan) Fazio.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to time of service at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 29, at Calvary Chapel, 3500 N. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, Florida. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. Highway 1, Mims, Florida.
