Stacy W. Lynch of Covington, 53, passed away Dec. 10, 2013. Mr. Lynch had a larger than life personality and was always the life of the party. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, and enjoyed deer hunting, listening to music, playing his guitar, cooking and spending time with his family and friends. He cherished his family dearly, especially his grandchildren, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Lynch and his brother, Jody Kevin Lynch.
Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Brittany and Brandon Blakeman and Kesha and Cory Stevenson; son and daughter-in-law, William and Natalie Lynch, all of Covington; grandchildren, Logan Gregg, Lucas Gregg, Kassidy Caldwell, Hunter Caldwell, Trevor Stevenson, Tristan Stevenson, Cole Stevenson, Dylan Stevenson, Braden Stevenson, Sarah Lynch, Elijah Lynch, and Victoria Lynch; mother, Kathleen Lynch of Covington; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy Jo and Richard Haydell of Lafayette, La.; brother and sister-in-law, Bruce W. and Letice Lynch of Katy, Texas; sister-in-law, Denise Lynch of Covington; nieces and nephews, Corey Lynch, Chelsea Lynch, Kaitlyn Haydell, Jodi Morgan and Joseph Haydell.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 14 at the chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with William Lynch and Pastor Darrell Payne officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, from noon to 2 p.m.
