Mr. Robert Lee Hartline, of Covington, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 10. His family cherished the 73 years they had with him. Mr. Hartline was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 39 years. He was a devoted family man.

He loved his wife and son. He enjoyed spending time with his great niece. He also enjoyed spending time with people, watching sports, walking his dog, and a good joke.

Mr. Hartline was preceded in death by his parents George Dolas and Winifred Ethel (Brown) Hartline; and sisters Betty Hunter and Evelyn Hartline.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie Hartline of Covington; son Robbie Lee Hartline of Luthersville; brother Don Hartline of Lafayette; several nieces and nephews; and great-niece, Emily Crenshaw of Covington.

Funeral services for Mr. Hartline will be held 2 p.m. today, Oct. 14, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Rev. Dickie Johnson officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today, from noon to 2 p.m.
